I'm not always a huge fan of custard flavours but this had me curious as this part of their range is made in the USA and you can tell the quality - creamy custard with a hint of vanilla, I could (and do) vape this all day. I get a general nutty hint at the end which is soft and quite subtle, so for me it's a vanilla custard first, rounded off with a bit of nutiness! I do also get a bit of a throat hit which surprised me, nothing harsh but it's there. Good enough for me to try out some of the others in this custard range.
