Delivery & Shipping Information
We offer a wide variety of shipping options, from same-day local delivery for Cheltenham residents, to nationwide and international. This page displays all of our available shipping options.
Please note that delivery time guarantees are subject to fair weather policies, deliveries that are delayed due to adverse weather such as storms, snow or other unpredictable national or local events outside of the couriers control are not refundable under the normal guarantee.
Delivery Options
Super Saver Promotion / Free Economy Shipping
Free Economy Shipping is available for qualifying products. These items are tagged with a grey banner in the top right corner of the product image. There is no minimum spend required. Items sent with free shipping are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48.
This service only applies to selected promotional items. If an item that is not part of this promotion is added to the cart, then this service will no longer be available. You will still be eligible for free postage on your order if it meets the requirements of any of our other services.
Economy Shipping (Evri & Royal Mail)
Economy orders are sent via Evri or Royal Mail depending on the service selected at checkout. Orders placed before 5:30pm Monday - Friday and 3:00pm on Saturday for Evri will dispatch the same day.
Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday - Friday and 1:00pm on Saturday for Royal Mail will dispatch the same day. Orders placed after these cut off times will dispatch the next working day.
You will be quoted a delivery time frame at checkout, but generally, we see these orders delivered within 3-7 working days. If the full period of your quoted delivery window has passed and you still have not received your order, please contact us, and we can investigate further.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is fulfilled by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday - Friday and 1:00pm on Saturday will dispatch the same day.
Orders placed after these cut off times will dispatch the next working day. You will be quoted a delivery time frame at checkout, but generally, we see these orders delivered the next working day. If the full period of your quoted delivery window has passed and you still have not received your order, please contact us, and we can investigate further.
DPD (Including 1 hour timeslot)
DPD is a time-guaranteed delivery service. Orders placed before 7:30pm Monday-Friday and 3:30pm on Saturdays will be delivered within the time frame stated at checkout. Generally, we see these orders arrive within 1-2 working days.
On the morning of delivery, you will receive a notification from DPD, via text message or an email, confirming your 1-hour delivery time slot (usually before 11am). Deliveries can take place anytime between 8am and 6pm. You can also select delivery preferences and rearrange your delivery through the link that DPD will provide you. Unfortunately, we cannot set these preferences or rearrange the delivery on your behalf.
DPD Saturday
DPD Saturday is a time-guaranteed delivery service. Orders placed before 7:30pm Monday-Friday will be delivered on Saturday. Orders placed after 7:30pm on Friday will be delivered to you on the following Saturday.

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded
Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday - Friday and 1:00pm on Saturday will dispatch the same day. Orders placed after these cut off times will dispatch the next working day.

Royal Mail - Special Delivery 1pm
Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday - Friday and 1:00pm on Saturday will dispatch the same day. Orders placed after these cut off times will dispatch the next working day. Orders placed before 5.30pm on a Friday may be delivered on Saturday, but Royal Mail only guarantees delivery by the following Monday.
You will be quoted a delivery time frame at checkout, but generally, we see these orders delivered the next working day by 1pm. You will need to be in to sign for this service. If the full period of your quoted delivery window has passed and you still have not received your order, please contact us, and we can investigate further.
Same Day Delivery
Same day delivery is only available for addresses in the Cheltenham area; the checkout page will only offer this service if your postcode is eligible. Orders placed before 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 4pm Saturday will be delivered between 6pm & 9pm on the same day.
You must be at home to accept the delivery, and you will need to show ID in the name of the person placing the order. This service does not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Click & Collect
We offer a Click and Collect service for our local Cheltenham customers. This allows you to place your order online and collect it from our Cheltenham store. Generally, orders are packed and ready for collection in around 10-20 minutes. You will receive an email notifying you that your order is completed once it is ready to collect.
Please note that although we will hold your order for collection for a period of time, we cannot do so indefinitely.
Royal Mail International
Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday - Friday and 12:30pm on Saturday will dispatch the same day (British Local Time). International orders take from 2-28 days to arrive depending on the country they are being shipped to and the mail service used. We dispatch international orders with Royal Mail, who will hand over your order to the appropriate courier company for your country.
Please be aware that your order will have to pass through customs before being handed over to your local courier company. During times when customs have a high volume of parcels, there are sometimes delays in this process. For this reason, please allow the full 28 working days before contacting us regarding the delivery of your order.
