How to fill

Top Filling! Turn the drip tip anticlockwise until the juice filling holes are fully open, Then insert the needle bottle into one of the open juice holes and fill, Then turn the drip tip clockwise until the filling holes are closed, Alternatively you can fill from the base by removing the tank base and filling through the bottom holes (Bigger and easier for some juices with glass pipettes)

Cleaning

To clean the tank part fill the unit with warm water, replace the top and shake vigorously. And then air dry the components.

Replacing The Coils

Remove the bottom part of the tank, once removed the atomiser head (Coil Unit) is located in the tank base unscrew and replace this part with a fresh head, do not over tighten, replace the tank base taking care to align the vent tube with the atomiser head, do not over tighten, allow a minute or two for the juice to soak into the wicks before firing to avoid getting a dry burn (damaging the wicks in the atomiser head)

Warranty

Because of the consumable nature of the coils and for hygiene reasons we do not take back tanks or coils unless they are dead on arrival, You must inform us about this within 24 hours of delivery.

A note on clones (The Cheaper Ones)

Buyers should beware of the many sellers of fakes and clones of devices and tanks made by Uwell, they will not have been through the same strict quality control or design process and may contain sub-standard materials, Uwell devices have been targeted hard but you can be assured as an authorised dealer we will only ever offer you genuine products that come directly from Uwell themselves.
