If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return any applicable item(s) to us "unused" in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of and we will issue a refund on receipt or exchange the item if preferred.
Please note: We can not offer refunds or exchanges on any liquids / coils, tanks or drip tips once taken off our premises (for health & hygiene reasons)
Please visit the Returns request page within your account to complete an RMA form.
If the item you received is faulty or we have sent the wrong item, please contact customer services using the contact us form quoting your order number, the details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty or wrongly supplied items to return them to us.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
