I ordered the 3mg & have been surprised that this is enough, at each trigger to get my cigs out I used the vape instead & haven't needed to use anything else like patches, gums etc. The mint flavour is pleasant, neither too strong nor too mild, it's perfect for me, I will certainly be ordering more when I need to, the prices here are the best I've found, delivery was very quick (next day).
