The terms "sorbet" and "sherbet" are often used interchangeably, but they are not the same thing. While fruit juice is the primary ingredient of both popular frozen desserts, sherbet has an added ingredient -- usually milk, but sometimes gelatin or egg whites -- to give the final product a creamier mouth feel. Sorbet, on the other hand, typically has no added fats or proteins, although pectin might be used to enhance smoothness. That doesn't mean sorbet is a health food; a pint of sorbet from a well-known brand contains 420 calories and nearly 95 grams of sugar! It's a good thing that you can just choose sorbet vape juice instead. On this page, you'll find flavours ranging from tangerine and pineapple to mango and mixed berries. If you really want to capture the experience of eating a real sorbet, though, we find that the best sorbet e-liquid almost always includes a little menthol to simulate that icy finish. |
