How to fill

Holding the tank upside down, unscrew and remove the tank base, fill the tank from the bottom taking care not to allow any E-Juice to enter the middle post (to avoid gurgling*) Screw the base of the tank back on taking care to align the threads of the vent tube to the atomiser head that is mounted in the base unit, (be careful not to over tighten any parts as it will make it hard to remove the next time) allow a minute or two for the juice to soak into the wicks before firing to avoid getting a dry burn (damaging the wicks in the atomiser head) It can also help to prime the coils by drawing on the tank a few times without firing the device.

*If you do get some juice down the centre post just finish building the tank, remove the drip tip and give the tank a few strong flicks away from you to vent the juice back out of the air tube through the top then clean away any residue

Cleaning

To clean the tank part fill the unit with warm water, replace the top and shake vigorously. And then air dry the components, Aspire do not recommend that you clean the atomiser head or wicks so remove those first.

Replacing The Coils

Follow the instructions above for filling the tank & removing the base, once removed the atomiser head (Coil Unit) is located in the tank base unscrew and replace this part with a fresh head, do not over tighten, replace the tank base taking care to align the vent tube with the atomiser head, do not over tighten, allow a minute or two for the juice to soak into the wicks before firing to avoid getting a dry burn (damaging the wicks in the atomiser head)

Warranty

Because of the consumable nature of the coils and for hygiene reasons we do not take back tanks or coils unless they are dead on arrival, You must inform us about this within 24 hours of delivery.

A note on clones (The Cheaper Ones)

Buyers should beware of the many sellers of fakes and clones of devices and tanks made by Aspire, they will not have been through the same strict quality control or design process and may contain sub-standard materials, Aspire’s devices have been targeted hard but you can be assured as an authorised dealer we will only ever offer you genuine products that come directly from Aspire themselves.
