This is my first time buying a reel of premade clapton wire and i must say it's brilliant, the wire is not springy at all like i expected after making my own claptons before, shaping it is a breeze and then wrapping it is just as easy - if not EASIER due to the fact that the wire is not spring loaded and bouncing about like a fennec fox that sipped on some espresso!

Huge +, the reel/spool, whatever you want to call it (the black plastic thing the wire is wrapped around) has lots of slots for you to guide the wire through so you can secure it in place and not have it unwind on you, so many other brands i've tried lack these little slots and you have to waste wire by twisting and folding it in some bizare manner, this helps when not only measuring up how much you need but also once you're done and need to secure the wire.

Huge + imho

Sod making my own claptons when i dont have the patience to practice perfecting the technique that a machine can do perferctly, for the small price and huge convinience and time saved, this fused clapton wire is worth it.

Oh, one thing, i expected the wire to be huge like twisted 24g huge but oh no it's very thin and extremely durable, i thought only my velocity deck dripper could take it but even my old isub-g's rba deck can take it and that was made to take single 24g coils!
