This is a fantastic mod. Stabilised wood looks and feels great. High quality device. Robust build. Vapes well.
Battery life is pretty average (although I single coil - so I'm not caning the batteries as much I would with dual coil. That said - I'm still using 20700s - haven't tried 21700s yet - one of the device's main selling point for me).
Love the pump mechanism (I always felt that squeezy squonk bottles were a tad primitive to me - so it's good to see some folks looking at alternative methods of liquid delivery). It just needs a bit of minor tweaking:
The biggest weakness (and I should stress - these are minor quibbles) is that, if you over pump, excess juice isn't sucked back into the bottle (as would be the case with a squeezy bottle). So flooding a deck is a risk. However - you soon get used to how often and how much you need to pump - and, unlike a squeezy bottle, you can be much more precise. At the first hint of dryness I just give four to five pumps. I haven't flooded the decks since I figured out what my RDA needs.
On balance I much prefer the pumping method. But, if they develop on a way of ensuring excess juice is sucked back into the bottle - and smoothen the pump action just a little - this would be an absolutely perfect device.
Nonetheless, I think it's a device few would be disappointed with. I'm certainly not!
