Nicotine Shot Guide
A nicotine shot is what you add to a shortfill bottle of e-liquid, to add nicotine. Nic shots come in 10ml bottles and in a few different strengths of nicotine depending on what strength you wish to make. All shortfill E-Liquids are 0mg as standard, this is compliant with the current TPD laws. You may add nicotine to these bottles if you wish, by mixing them with a nicotine shot (Nic Shot). The easiest way of calculating this is as follows:
1 x 18mg Nic Shot mixed with 50ml of E-Liquid = 3mg of juice
2 x 18mg Nic Shot mixed with 100ml of E-Liquid = 3mg of juice
Nic shots are most commonly found in 18mg but, you can buy lower strength nic shots if you wish to lower the amount of nicotine in your liquid. For example, you can put 1 x 9mg Nic Shot in a 50ml shortfill to make the whole liquid 1.5mg instead of 3mg without affecting the flavour concentration.
Nicotine shots are available in both freebase and salt nicotine to suit your needs and some even come as an ice or cool variety, offering a menthol chill to your favourite shortfills!
